- Logistics Department – Administrative Director (Salary: MOPO20,000 to 30,000)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the Logistics Department;
- Organize and oversee procurement, bidding processes, and vendor management;
- Manage campus facilities, safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and fixed assets of the college;
- Provide support for major campus events;
- Perform other duties assigned by the leadership.
- Requirements:
- Hold a master’s degree or higher;
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficient in office software;
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
- Possess good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Human Resources Office – Administrative Director (Salary: MOPO20,000 to 30,000)
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain human resources management policies;
- Recruit, hire, and develop faculty and staff talent;
- Manage faculty and staff performance evaluations;
- Oversee departmental HR plans and coordinate HR-related activities across departments;
- Perform other duties assigned by the leadership.
- Requirements:
- Hold a master’s degree or higher;
- Possess experience in HR management and administration in higher education, as well as good knowledge of university operations and labour laws;
- Possess good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills;
