  1. Logistics Department – Administrative Director (Salary: MOPO20,000 to 30,000)
  2. Responsibilities:
  3. Manage daily administrative operations of the Logistics Department;
  4. Organize and oversee procurement, bidding processes, and vendor management;
  5. Manage campus facilities, safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and fixed assets of the college;
  6. Provide support for major campus events;
  7. Perform other duties assigned by the leadership.
  8. Requirements:
  9. Hold a master’s degree or higher;
  10. Have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficient in office software;
  11. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
  12. Possess good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  13. Human Resources Office – Administrative Director (Salary: MOPO20,000 to 30,000)
  14. Responsibilities:
  15. Develop and maintain human resources management policies;
  16. Recruit, hire, and develop faculty and staff talent;
  17. Manage faculty and staff performance evaluations;
  18. Oversee departmental HR plans and coordinate HR-related activities across departments;
  19. Perform other duties assigned by the leadership.
  20. Requirements:
  21. Hold a master’s degree or higher;
  22. Possess experience in HR management and administration in higher education, as well as good knowledge of university operations and labour laws;
