On 8 August 2025, the Millennium Association of Education held its 2025 Annual Membership and Election Conference at the auditorium on the 8th floor of the China Civil Plaza at Macau Millennium College (“MMC”). The conference was chaired by Mr So Shu Fai, Chair of the Millennium Association of Education. Association members gathered to review the achievements of the previous boards of directors and supervisors and elect a new leadership team.

The conference approved the meeting agenda and the list of the Presidium, and then reviewed the 2023-2025 Board of Directors’ work report, financial report, and the Board of Supervisors’ work report. Chair of the Board So Shu Fai, Board Member Zhou Eryong, and Chair of the Board of Supervisors Danny Chau provided comprehensive summaries of the Association’s achievements over the past two years, including the expansion of MMC’s facilities, renovation of student dormitories, financial management, introduction of innovative secondary school courses, and deepening the MMC’s talent strategy, all of which received unanimous recognition from the members present.

The conference focused on and passed the new list of the Presidium, Board of Directors, and Board of Supervisors members, completing the leadership team election process. Additionally, the conference reviewed the Association’s 2025 second-half work plan, presented by newly elected board member, Huang Hua, which clarified the Association’s development direction and key tasks for the next six months.

In the future, the Association will, guided by its mission to “organise educational activities, promote academic progress, drive technological innovation, and serve social development”, further standardise its governance, strengthen responsibility, enhance its social influence, and drive its high-quality development.
