Responsibilities: The Rector’s Office provides central administrative coordination and executive support across the College. It assists the senior management team and coordinates and monitors major institutional initiatives. The Secretariat, Human Resources Office, Communications and Public Relations Office, International Office, and Campus Development Office report to the Rector’s Office.

Secretariat

Responsibilities: The Secretariat supports the College’s leadership and day-to-day administration through policy advice, information coordination, records and correspondence management, cross-unit coordination, follow-up on decisions, external liaison and visitor reception, and the organisation of major meetings and events. It also coordinates administrative services across the College.

Human Resources Office

Responsibilities: The Office delivers human resources services aligned with the College’s strategic priorities. It recruits, retains, and develops talented staff while strengthening workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.

Communications and Public Relations Office

Responsibilities: The Office serves as the College’s liaison with external stakeholders and maintains strong relationships with the media, the public, government authorities, and the wider community. It promotes the College’s achievements, purpose, and mission; leads brand communications and promotion; oversees the production of publicity materials and promotional items; and protects and enhances the College’s reputation.

International Office

Responsibilities: The Office builds and maintains partnerships with universities and educational institutions in Macao, China’s mainland , and overseas. It promotes student mobility, academic collaboration, and cultural exchange, supporting the College’s institutional and academic development while strengthening its international engagement and profile.
