Educational Objectives
Guided by the core philosophy of “Keeping Pace with the Times and Pioneering Innovation,” this programme is dedicated to cultivating business leadership talent with outstanding academic attainment and global strategic thinking, providing high-level intellectual support for the business development of Macao, the Greater Bay Area, and the nation. Through the programme, students will deepen their business acumen, gain a thorough understanding of the transformative impact of digital transformation on business models, and develop exemplary organisational leadership and team management capabilities. Graduates will be well-equipped to serve as management discipline leaders at higher education institutions, senior executives in strategic planning and core decision-making at multinational corporations, and pioneers of innovative entrepreneurial ventures in emerging industries — effectively addressing the shortage of high-calibre management talent in Macao and injecting new vitality into key sectors including health and wellness, modern finance, high technology, MICE and commerce, and cultural and sports industries.
