Responsibilities: The Academic Registry provides academic administration and support for faculty members and students. The Academic Affairs and Graduate Studies Office, Admissions Office, Student Affairs Office, Quality Assurance Office, and Teacher Development Centre report to the Registry.

Academic Affairs and Graduate Studies Office

Responsibilities: The Office manages classroom allocation, the academic calendar and class timetables, student records, degrees and diplomas, examinations, transcripts, and scholarships. It also plans and organises academic events and graduation ceremonies and supports the effective delivery of teaching.

Admissions Office

Responsibilities: The Office leads the College’s admissions planning and manages applicant outreach, selection, and enrolment. It also develops admissions policies and procedures and works to attract well-qualified students.

Student Affairs Office

Responsibilities: The Office supports students’ personal and social development through guidance, educational programmes, and student services. It listens and responds to students’ needs, works with partners within and outside the College to coordinate support, helps students build interpersonal skills and practical experience, and fosters a strong sense of belonging and pride in the College.

Quality Assurance Office

Responsibilities: The Office sets and implements standards for teaching quality and develops and operates the College’s internal quality assurance system. It coordinates reviews of academic programmes, courses, and other areas, and supports follow-up action and continuous improvement.

Teacher Development Centre

Responsibilities: The Centre designs and delivers professional development programmes for teaching staff. It helps faculty members engage with current educational thinking and teaching methods and strengthens their teaching, research, management, and professional capabilities.
