Responsibilities: The Research and Technology Administration coordinates and administers the College’s research activities and provides organisational and operational support. The Research Affairs Office and the Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services report to the Administration.

Research Affairs Office

Responsibilities: The Office develops the College’s research strategy in response to national priorities, the needs of Macao and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and emerging developments in science and technology. It sets research policies, coordinates funding applications, and manages projects from application through completion and final review. It also promotes interdisciplinary research and academic exchange, supports researcher development and innovation, and strengthens the College’s research profile.

Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services

Responsibilities: The Office manages the evaluation and recognition of research projects and outputs, as well as the application, administration, and protection of the College’s intellectual property and knowledge transfer activities. It fosters partnerships between academia, industry, and research organisations, strengthens links between education and industry, and extends the reach and impact of the College’s research.
