Bachelor of Cross-Border E-Commerce (Provisional)

 

Program Positioning

Leveraging Macao’s unique advantages under the “One Country, Two Systems” framework, the Bachelor of Cross-Border E-Commerce program aims to establish an educational platform that seamlessly integrates digital technology with modern business. The program implements an integrated model of industry-university-research in its teaching and scientific research activities, dedicated to promoting the fusion and advancement of Eastern and Western cross-border e-commerce technologies. It focuses on practical applications and the cultivation of comprehensive skills in the field. Together with the Master’s program—which focuses on high-level application and innovative R&D capabilities—it forms a well-structured, interconnected, and mutually supportive educational system.

 

Program Objectives

The program is designed to cultivate versatile and application-oriented professionals who possess specialized knowledge and practical skills in cross-border e-commerce. Graduates will be equipped with a global perspective, an innovative mindset, cross-cultural communication skills, and high professional integrity to serve the development and construction of the nation, the Greater Bay Area, and Macao.

 

Admission Requirements

  • Applicants must have completed Senior Secondary 6 / Grade 12 / Year 12 and obtained a graduation certificate.
  • Macao residents aged 23 or above with relevant work experience may be exempted from the academic qualification requirements but must pass the admission examination.
  • Mainland China residents must hold a Macao “Blue Card” (Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card).

Graduation Requirements

Students must fulfill all requirements specified in the program study plan during their period of study. Those who pass all assessments and receive approval from the Academic and Teaching Committee will be awarded the Bachelor of Cross-Border E-Commerce degree.

 

Master of Cross-Border E-Commerce (Provisional)

 

Program Positioning

Fully utilizing Macao’s unique advantages under the “One Country, Two Systems” framework, the Master’s program aims to construct a technological platform in the field of cross-border e-commerce. It implements an integrated industry-university-research approach to teaching and scientific research, driving the development of Eastern and Western e-commerce R&D technologies. The program focuses on practical applications and research in cross-border e-commerce, aiming to develop students’ high-level operational capabilities and innovative R&D skills within the industry.

 

Program Objectives

The program is dedicated to nurturing high-level professionals with specialized knowledge, practical capabilities, an innovative spirit, a global outlook, cross-cultural communication skills, and professional ethics, contributing to the development and construction of the nation, the Greater Bay Area, and Macao.

 

Admission Requirements

  • Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree who pass the postgraduate admission examination organized by the Millennium Institute of Macao (中西創新學院) are eligible to apply.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with degrees in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, Information Engineering, E-Commerce, Applied Mathematics, or other closely related disciplines.
