Cross-Border E-Commerce Professional Laboratory and Practical Training Center
The Cross-Border E-Commerce Professional Laboratory and Practical Training Center is a core practical platform that supports teaching and scientific research while aligning with industry demands. It constructs a comprehensive training framework across six major dimensions: “Operations, Data, Live Streaming, Logistics, Language, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship.” The center comprises six subordinate practical training and laboratory platforms: the Operations Laboratory provides business simulations and practical training; the Data Analytics Laboratory cultivates capabilities in data and AI applications; the Live Streaming Practical Training Room strengthens cross-border live streaming marketing; the Logistics Laboratory simulates cross-border supply chain processes; the Language Laboratory enhances multilingual and cross-cultural competencies; and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Practical Training Room supports project incubation. Covering teaching, practical training, scientific research, and university-enterprise cooperation, the center is dedicated to nurturing versatile professionals in the field of cross-border e-commerce.
Among these facilities, the Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations Laboratory, the Data and Business Intelligence Analytics Laboratory, and the Smart Logistics and Supply Chain Simulation Laboratory are all located in Room G03 on the Taipa Campus. These three laboratories adopt a shared instructional space model, utilizing the same physical venue and hardware equipment. Specialized software and teaching platforms are configured based on different course requirements to support varied training contents in cross-border e-commerce operations, data analytics, and smart logistics, thereby maximizing the utilization efficiency of educational resources. The hardware and software configurations of Room G03 accommodate both the practical operational training for undergraduate programs and the advanced research and analytical needs of master’s programs, successfully meeting the experimental teaching objectives of different degree levels. Concurrently, the Digital Language Services Practical Training Room is located in Room G04, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Practical Training Room in Room 204, and the Cross-Border Live Streaming Practical Training Room in Room 210 (all on the Taipa Campus). Together, these facilities constitute the practical teaching platform of the curriculum, supporting the teaching and training needs of various professional tracks.
