I. About MMC
Founded in August 2001, Macau Millennium College (MMC) is a non-profit private higher education institution formally approved by the Macao Special Administrative Region Government and recognised by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The College is legally and academically authorised to offer associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programmes.
One of Macao’s most innovative higher education institutions, MMC operates two campuses: the China Civil Plaza Campus on Alameda Dr. Carlos d’Assumpção and the Taipa Campus at Hung Fat Garden. It also has a research and development base at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. With an international outlook and a distinctive commitment to bringing Chinese and Western cultures together, MMC places “Digital and Intelligent+” at the heart of its academic development. Its four academic domains—Digital Innovation, Digital Economy, Digital Society and Digital Humanities—are organised within a hub-based academic framework and developed through a “Hub–Domain–Curriculum” model. Through this framework, the College is building seven platforms that support interdisciplinary collaboration, digital and intelligent talent development, research and innovation, international exchange and cooperation, faculty development, a future-ready digital campus, and the strengthening of MMC’s distinctive institutional identity.
The College is also developing three strategic bases for attracting and nurturing digital and intelligent talent, advancing research and development in digital and intelligent technologies, and promoting exchange and integration between Chinese and Western cultures. MMC encourages students to become independent, lifelong learners, to think creatively and critically, and to explore new ideas with confidence. Its aim is to nurture innovative, internationally minded graduates who combine cross-cultural understanding with the capabilities needed to thrive in the digital and intelligent era.
MMC brings together a highly qualified faculty with extensive teaching experience, strong research expertise and excellent cross-cultural communication skills, supported by an experienced and capable administrative team.
Over the next 10 to 15 years, MMC aims to develop into an innovative, international and applied research university that leads in Macao, has a distinctive role in the Greater Bay Area and enjoys international influence.

III. Position Requirements
1.Professor/Associate Professor: Possess international vision and strategic insight into disciplinary development; capable of leading major research and technological projects; demonstrated internationally recognised high-level original research achievements in cutting-edge academic fields; capable of using English as a working language.
2.Outstanding Doctors: Hold a PhD degree from a top-tier university; possess understanding of disciplinary development and several academic achievements; innovative and high-potential young talent; capable of using English as a working language.
